Information on Changes in Page Charges of Journals, “ISIJ International” and “Tetsu-to-hagané”

Renewal of government subsidies and increase in the number of submission are worsening the balance of journal publication cost. To reduce the deficit, the Editorial Board of Journals has decided to increase page charges.

All manuscripts submitted to “ISIJ International” and “Tetsu-to-hagané” on or after January 1, 2014 will be charged 10,000 Japanese yen per published page(PDF file).

The current charge is applied to manuscripts submitted before January 1, 2014, even if they are accepted subsequently.
