Change in Page Charge Exemption Rule of the “ISIJ International”

The Editorial Board of Journals, ISIJ has decided to increase page charges this year as a step toward fiscal soundness.
In our journal "ISIJ International", the page charge exemption rule has been established for students and researchers affiliated with overseas universities and public institutions. Considering the above circumstances, however, we will adopt the half exemption rule for the page charge as substitute for the full exemption, from the manuscript submitted after October 26, 2014.
